Clinical Sales Executive

📋 Description

• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary specialties to support robotics programs
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Train and develop OR staff in pre, intra and postoperative system management
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent use
• Drive system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams on procedure applications

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 50%
