IT Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and execute risk-based IT audits across EU ops.
• Assess ICT governance, controls and regulatory alignment.
• Cover cybersecurity, data protection, third-party risk, and tech governance.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.
• Present findings and oversee remediation in a fast-moving asset environment.
• Report to EU Head of Audit with dotted line to Global IT Audit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Eng, Risk or related field.
• 8–12 years IT audit/technology risk experience, financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to lead tech audits end-to-end and manage stakeholders.
• EU-regulated environment experience; cross-border collaboration.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: DORA, MiCA, GDPR, NIS2, EBA guidelines.
• Data analytics skills (SQL, Python) and some AI tooling experience.
