📋 Description
- Oversee daily operation and admin of clinical research apps
- Coordinate testing, validation, and support for new system functionality
- Support strategic planning for upgrades and integrations
- Assist with regulatory/compliance for FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- Lead cross-functional discussions among clinical, tech, and admin stakeholders
- Develop training materials and user guides
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in health science or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 4–8 years in clinical research/operations
- Expertise in clinical trial data requirements, regulatory affairs, CRF, protocol development
- Experience with CTMS, EDC, eRegulatory tools, EMR; ability to translate tech needs
- Knowledge of clinical research operations; experience with clinicians, regulators, auditors
- Experience creating workflows, SOPs, training materials, user docs
