📋 Description

• Develop patient-focused surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
• Train to be a da Vinci Surgical System technical and sales expert across specialties.
• First year focused on technical/clinical aspects; second year adds sales focus.
• Lead product demonstrations/in-services and support regional sales activities.
• Provide guidance and training to surgical teams on system use.
• Manage administrative tasks and reports; support ISU modules and expense reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Team player; travel up to 70% as needed.
