• Build and manage CI&T’s North American content ops ecosystem
• Oversee CMS governance, content repositories, metadata
• Taxonomy, tagging, and version-control standards
• Lead SEO and GEO governance for NA audiences
• Design AI-enabled content workflows and governance
• Improve content discoverability and AI-powered reuse

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency; communicate with NA/global teams
• 4–6 years in content ops, digital marketing, SEO or related
• Experience in B2B/technology/consulting/enterprise marketing
• Hands-on CMS, SEO, metadata, taxonomy, lifecycle management
• Knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content
• Practical AI experience with multi-step workflows and prompts
