📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and motivate on-duty security officers
• Manage shift operations for a 54-story Class A building
• Oversee access control and CCTV monitoring
• Maintain high security and customer service standards
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies
• Coordinate on-the-job and client-specific trainings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of continuous supervisory security experience
• High School diploma or GED; 18+ years old
• Valid Security License if state-required; valid driver’s license as applicable
• English proficiency; bilingual a plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong posting, logging, and incident documentation skills
