Sr. Product Manager - RCS & Rich Messaging

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of HighLevel's RCS product line.
• Lead sender onboarding, carrier readiness, and rich messaging experiences.
• Define market expansion, pricing, and monetization for RCS across regions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to bring capabilities to
• Drive adoption from early GA to mainstream usage with strong channel ownership.
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives in product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management in SaaS/CPaaS/telecom or related tech.
• Proven track record shipping customer-facing products in emerging ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of messaging channels and economics (SMS/MMS; RCS preferred).
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or usage-based models.
• Experience partnering with carriers, aggregators, or platform providers.
• Strong SQL/BI analytics skills and data-driven decision making.
