Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and optimization of new tools and products from incubation to production
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and code to improve team performance
• Integrate software from customers and other teams into products
• Write, test, and debug modern C++ code for complex solutions with AI tooling
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to UK team growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern C++, or strong willingness to learn C++
• Strong procedural and object-oriented programming with clean code principles
• Experience with Docker, Linux-based environments
