Senior Technical Content Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Anaplan’s Technical Content team (approx. 18 people) across three sub-teams; drive direction
• Modernise content operations and champion AI-enabled workflows to scale creation, review, updating
• Scale and optimise the content stack, selecting and evolving CMS and tooling for documentation and
• Contribute hands-on to complex content and mentor sub-team leads and writers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support to align content with releases and roadmap.
• Drive localisation strategy, ensuring quality and consistency across languages and markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a mid-size team (roughly 15–25 people) with multi-team structures.
• Strong track record in scaling technical content operations at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI in content creation, editing, QA, or localisation.
• Knowledge of modern content management systems and documentation tooling (docs-as-code, CMS).
• Bias toward challenging processes while protecting content quality and customer trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
