Manager, Social Commerce

📋 Description

• Lead and grow affiliate and creator programs across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce
• Own the creator affiliate journey end-to-end: strategy, recruitment, activation, content
• Collaborate with creators and cross-functional teams to build scalable affiliate programs driving
• Translate brand objectives into creator programs that generate high-quality content and measurable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, its affiliate ecosystem, creator culture, and platform
• Proven experience building and managing creator or affiliate programs at scale.
• Experience across creator sourcing, recruitment, development, and community management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client programs in a fast-paced agency environment.
