📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Community Managers & their teams.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and goals.
• Manage leasing and maintenance teams, drive revenue growth.
• Foster resident satisfaction and adherence to policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a large sales/customer service team with results.
• Proven leader able to mentor a diverse group.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems (OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).

🎁 Benefits

• Expected pay rate of $120,000 – $145,000 per year plus annual target bonus.
