Associate Producer

📋 Description

• Drive delivery of the AI Systems team, including engineering, design, and gameplay animation work.
• Partner with Leads and other producers to develop a roadmap of goals for long-term milestones.
• Break down goals into actionable tasks and deliver those tasks across sprints and milestones.
• Handle day-to-day tactical workflow issues, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies across
• Proactively identify and resolve risks with clear status for stakeholders.
• Manage daily communication loops with internal and external teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a game production role with cross-discipline teams, preferably AAA.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teammates.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and Unreal engine.
• Fluent with production tools like Jira, Monday.com, Excel, Confluence, Perforce.
