Senior Process Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client billing analysis, finance and audit analysis, AR, and client communications
• Coordinate resource acquisition to meet process deliverables
• Prepare docs and status updates for stakeholders
• Maintain partner relationships representing Ensono's interests
• Analyze detailed data (invoices, contracts, finance data) and summarize into reports
• Plan and drive projects focused on profitability and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related experience with Bachelor’s; or 8 years with Master’s; or PhD without
• Preferred: Bachelor in Business/CS/Accounting or 15 years experience
• High-level knowledge of Ensono products/services
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Project management skills (PMP certified)
• Negotiation skills
