📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team — setting technical direction, driving performance
• Own the reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations — partnering
• Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap across employment, education, drug and
• Drive technical strategy for scaling a complex, integration-heavy system — making deliberate
• Lead the team’s adoption of AI-assisted development practices — helping engineers move faster while

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager, with a track record of building and developing high-performing
• 8+ years as a software engineer, with strong command of service architecture, distributed systems
• Experience managing complex third-party integration environments — comfortable owning reliability
• Track record of improving operational metrics — reducing incident frequency, improving detection
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools — understand how to adoption
• Experience on regulated products where data accuracy and legal compliance are non-negotiable
