Customer Solutions Engineer II

📋 Description

• Full-time remote role for dbt/Labs customers across tickets, email, and video
• Frontline technical support for dbt platform questions and complex issues
• Based out of the AMER-East region (remote)

🎯 Requirements

• SQL, APIs, YAML/JSON, and programming knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience merging technical work with client-facing roles
• Experience building docs and enablement content
• Ability to research, author, review, and synthesize content with AI tools
• Familiarity with dbt Core/platform and data warehousing concepts
