📋 Description

• Own the onchain product roadmap and end-to-end delivery
• Collaborate with engineering on protocol tradeoffs
• Define chains/assets and cross-chain settlement framework
• Lead security posture for onchain work incl. audits and monitoring
• Translate protocol details into partner-facing docs
• Drive prioritization with partner feedback and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in product management at a product-led company
• Deep blockchain fluency: EVM, Solana, onchain systems
• Strong analytical rigor and product judgment
• Autonomous operator who owns outcomes
• Solid APIs, distributed systems, payments/ledger knowledge
• Excellent written/verbal communication
