📋 Description

• Direct supervisor for a DT team (SLP, OT, PT, MT) at the Torrance site
• Address real-time operational issues and optimize space, equipment, and scheduling
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure top experiences for families
• Maintain on-site leadership presence during clinic hours
• Meet weekly productivity and billable expectations across disciplines
• Complete DT documentation within Cortica timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s/Doctorate in related field (per listed qualifications)
• Licensed California SLP/OT/PT/MT to practice in the state
• 3+ years clinical experience with leadership interest
• Experience leading teams in a clinical DT program
• Strong process improvement, patient impact, and customer service focus
• HIPAA knowledge to safeguard patient information
