📋 Description
- Own Workday platform end-to-end across HR, IT, and Finance.
- Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and security models.
- Manage releases, health checks, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain integrations via Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
- Improve self-service UX and automate workflows for adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years in HR tech with deep Workday expertise.
- Experience across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or Recruiting.
- Hands-on Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
- Strong Workday security model, processes, fields, and reporting.
- Workday Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
