Solutions Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for enterprise customers and configure Zip to solve their problems
• Manage end-to-end implementation and build customer processes from scratch
• Lead training and Q&A sessions with stakeholders to enable self-sufficiency
• Coordinate multiple onboardings through proactive project management
• Oversee activities for supporting solutions and technical consultants
• Collaborate with product/engineering to set expectations and scope

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P consulting, or key B2B SaaS relationships
• Experience leading enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration with product/engineering teams
• Comfort with software configuration and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers
