Vehicle Service Agent (Calgary International Airport)

📋 Description

• Prepare vehicles for rental: wash exteriors, vacuum interiors
• Inspect vehicles for damage, warning lights, tires, fluids
• Reset settings, remove prior customer data, verify documents
• Fuel, stage, and organize vehicles for fleet availability
• Identify safety concerns and remove vehicles if needed
• Deliver customer service and transport customers as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year vehicle service or related field
• Experience in car rental, automotive maintenance, or dealership services preferred
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail in documenting findings
• 21+ years, valid province driver’s licence with clean record, authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, 40 hours per week
