• The Truework Team at Checkr is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Mortgage
• Drive architecture improvements and product delivery for high-impact, regulated product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• 8+ years as an engineer
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience managing quality incidents as technical and communication lead
• Experience with scaled products, data, legal/human impact, and regulatory nuances
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
