Experienced Field Maintenance Technician (3+ Years Required)

📋 Description

• Own work orders; manage budgets and oversee maintenance for properties in our portfolio
• Respond to maintenance and repair requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to obtain bids
• Purchase maintenance supplies as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in property management maintenance or related trade
• Ability to travel within your region; 100% field-based
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing across trades: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry
• Ability to manage independent work orders, budget time/materials, communicate with
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; 75+lbs with assistance
