Senior Software Engineer, International Payroll

📋 Description

• Work on core payroll, money movement, and tax calculation products.
• Lead technical decision-making and identify projects to scale tax and money movement capabilities.
• Improve financial ledger integrity and platform interfaces for payroll data.
• Build reliable, high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional hands-on experience.
• Mastery of modern server-side languages; Golang is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management, preferably AWS.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working with designers and product managers.
• Technologies used include Golang, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, MySQL, Kafka, AWS, Git, Memcache
