📋 Description

• Own strategy, execution, and improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global
• Drive carrier performance, KPI methodologies, and supplier partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to expand networks for freight, e-commerce, and complex projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with new product
• Ensure regulatory, customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance; optimize landed costs and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years KPI framework development and carrier performance management.
• 5+ years sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
• 5+ years people management within logistics teams.
