• Lead Packaging Technicians; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet demand.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and honest approach.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail; follow SOPs; basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with weight/measurement concepts and safety standards.
