📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers in-store
• Sell products and support Omni experience where available
• Promote loyalty program Hello Member and in-store sustainability
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house
• Assist with garment presentation and stock replenishment
• Support opening/closing and store operations

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments
• Sales experience in fashion or service industries
• Curious, proactive, and customer-focused
• Ability to learn store procedures and compliance
