Compliance Quality Assessor

📋 Description

• Conduct daily, high-volume reviews of KYC/CDD files, AML alert dispositions, and transaction
• Meticulously track and document errors in a centralized defect log, providing objective evidence
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to operations teams on individual file performance
• Participate in regular calibration sessions with QA Leads to ensure consistency in grading
• Assist the Lead, Compliance QA in aggregating weekly performance metrics and supporting audit

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Control, KYC/AML Operations, or Audit within a
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking) and experience with Compliance AML tools
• Exceptional attention to detail for conducting precision line-by-line file quality checks.
• Clear communication skills for delivering objective, constructive performance feedback.
