📋 Description
- Lead multilingual program models and MTSS for emergent bilingual students.
- Coach teachers on language instructional strategies with real-time feedback.
- Coordinate TELPAS, LPAC, and data-informed MTSS planning.
- Monitor language development, academic achievement, and progress data.
- Foster restorative culture and family engagement within KIPP Texas programs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Texas Bilingual Teacher Certification (required).
- Texas ELAR and ESL Teacher Certification (required).
- 2 years teaching experience; 1 year as a leader/coach (required).
- Strong understanding of bilingual education and second language acquisition.
