📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing for the development and production of Combustion Device
• Develop initial processes to build hardware, implement into production, and drive process
• Collaborate with machine shop, additive, and external teams to drive manufacturability and
• Ensure on-time delivery to engine targets and drive continuous improvement and strategy for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience building and testing hardware in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience authoring work instructions and/or process procedures to manufacture complex
• Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel in a
• Experience in executing and driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand - and effectively advocate for - Design for Manufacturing principles.
