Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support firmwide marketing functions
• Assist proposals, presentations, brochures
• Coordinate photography for projects and manage library
• Handle website, social media, press/media, awards
• Plan events, registrations and industry activities
• QA/QC review of proposals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years marketing in AEC or professional services
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Communications
• Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office expertise
• Proposal/technical writing experience preferred
• Deltek Vantagepoint and HubSpot CRM experience a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication; proactive and collaborative
