📋 Description
- Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and field hardware, software, and network systems at
- Conduct pre-deployment testing and validation for federal IT environments
- Support large-scale hardware rollouts, upgrades, and system modernization
- Collaborate with NOCs, network engineers, and field technicians; escalate as needed
- Prepare site deployment reports, post-installation verification, and incident post-mortems
- Update project schedules, tracking matrices, and asset management databases
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS + 5 years experience or High School degree
- 7+ years IT technical support for federal customers
- Experience with Cisco L2/L3 devices and Palo Alto firewalls
- On-call support experience
- Experience with Palo Alto firewall products
- DHS/CBP experience
