📋 Description
- Drive growth and adoption of Coupa Pay with virtual cards, digital payments, and working capital
- Own adoption strategy plan with large, strategic customers; coordinate with partners and Coupa
- Help customers set success goals aligned to business objectives; measure progress
- Engage customers in strategic conversations about longer-term needs and best practices
- Analyze and report on Pay opportunities for virtual cards, bank transfers, and early payment
- Forge strong partnerships with customers, partners, suppliers, and Coupa teams
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in payments or systems applications (Finance/Procurement or
- Deep domain expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems
- Strong client management and go-live/adoption experience
- Experience with SaaS; familiarity with Coupa BSM and other financial software
- Experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience delivering software demonstrations is preferred
