• Lead design and execution of real-world evidence studies
• Collaborate with commercial and client teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master or PhD in epidemiology or related field
• 7+ years in RWE, pharma services, CRO, or health tech
• Deep RWD experience (EHR, claims, registries)
• Comfort with pharma clients across medical affairs/HEOR
• Strong causal inference skills (propensity, IPTW, G-computation)
• AI-forward mindset for productivity
