- Own production readiness and activation for customers
- Drive first production workflow and reduce time-to-production
- Establish guardrails for reliability, failure handling, scaling, upgrades
- Develop Temporal SDK experts; enable customer platform architects
- Set up alerting to catch issues early
- Lead customers' most difficult tickets and blockers
🎯 Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom, with preference for London
- 6+ years of professional software or solutions engineering
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and reliability engineering
- Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python
- Experience building, deploying, operating production systems at scale
- Excellent customer-facing communication; ability to explain technical concepts
