Director, Large Pro Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Senior Managers and own high-stakes strategic priorities for our largest pro partners
• Set the strategic agenda for Large Pro Strategy and defend trade-offs to senior stakeholders
• Build frameworks, processes, and standards of rigor (data diligence, business case structure
• Represent team work to SVP of Large Pro and cross-functional leadership
• Hire and onboard new team members as the function scales
• Independently own the most complex strategic initiatives from concept to execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations, with people
• Data-driven with demonstrated ability to extract insights for senior decision-makers
• Strong communication for senior audiences; experience in management consulting is a plus
• Ability to build or scale teams; startup experience is a plus
• Strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven orgs

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000 - $255,000, commensurate with location
