Staff AI Agent Engineer – Moveworks | Customer Deployment

📋 Description

• Responsible for accelerating product adoption of Moveworks ServiceNow Platform through customer
• Own full-stack technical success, deploying capabilities and influencing product evolution.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Translate complex customer business challenges into AI solutions.
• Partner with customers through delivery lifecycle: Vision-Lock, design, build, tune, launch.
• Design high-impact technical AI solutions leveraging the Moveworks ServiceNow platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical roles (or 6+ years with advanced degree).
• Experience designing, building, launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs
• Ability to operate across multiple domains with strong judgment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating teams; travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, Okta) a
