Sustaining Program Manager — Consumer

📋 Description

• Sustain end-to-end program management for live Consumer products.
• Lead Sustaining Core reviews and maintain a tiered priority list across launch-risk
• Coordinate ECOs from proposal through approval and rollout with contract manufacturers.
• Oversee contract manufacturers and supply chain with Manufacturing and Finance partners.
• Drive cost-down initiatives and manage risk across the program.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hardware/consumer electronics program or operations management.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers/EMS from mass production through end of life, incl. PO
• Experience leading engineering changes (ECOs) and cross-functional rollout.
• Strong cost and financial acumen; comfortable owning COGS tracking and forecasts.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; experience running recurring program reviews.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support build events.
