• 5+ years owning complex workstreams, processes, and customer relationships in Value Engineering
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
• Builder mentality: self-direction within an account team, with a passion for delivering customer
• Proven expertise in process improvement and value realization, with experience leading multi-region
• Strong English communication; native-level local language skills advantageous for executive
• Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics or related degree, or Business/Economics with technical minor.
