Mining Site Lead

📋 Description

• Manage on-site services such as utilities, safety zones, and fleet access/security protocols.
• Lead daily field operations at customer deployments to support tests.
• Coordinate test plans and work schedules of Test Specialists and Vehicle Operators.
• Partner with test engineering teams to align field execution with technical goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture; escalate risks to the Safety team.
• Facilitate site-level risk assessments to inform planning and vendor readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in field operations, mining, AV testing, robotics, or industrial settings.
• Proven leadership in deployment environments.
• Strong vendor/contractor management; ability to drive outcomes.
• Comfort in rugged, dynamic environments with high tempo.
