Senior Prototype Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical issues in prototype humanoid robots
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers on prototype design, assembly, and bring-up.
• Create, maintain, and execute test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and repair runbooks for
• Design, document, and iterate on cable assemblies, test jigs, and harnesses for dynamic robotic
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and product improvement to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to feedback loops across design, build, and test to improve yield and manufacturability.

🎯 Requirements

• Rapid physical prototyping experience and hands-on debugging of hardware in robotics or similar
• Knowledge of low-voltage and mixed-signal circuits, connectors, sensors, and compact
• Strong documentation skills for procedures, test plans, diagnostics, and lessons learned.
• Ability to collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering boundaries.
• Comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment with shifting priorities.
