🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting with tech-driven process optimization.
• Exceptional communication: executive storytelling, workshop leadership, and business-case
• Proven ability to build trust with executives and end users in fast-moving environments.
• Strong consulting presence with ability to guide clients to practical decisions.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured statements, use cases, and MVP scopes.
• Ability to connect solution ideas to measurable business value using KPIs, ROI, adoption metrics
