📋 Description
- Direct client care including in-classroom social-emotional counseling
- Crisis management and de-escalation
- Data collection and observation
- Assist with classroom management and structuring when required
- Collaborate with ESS/classroom multi-disciplinary team
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- 2+ years in a mental health setting, preferably with youth 5-18
- Experience with crisis management, continuum of care, and working with families
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with students, families, and community health networks
