GTM Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support sales & marketing engine end-to-end
• CRM hygiene and data quality in HubSpot
• Pipeline reporting and forecasting support
• Administer GTM tools and workflows
• Ad hoc data analysis for execs/board decks

🎯 Requirements

• 1–1.5 years in sales ops, GTM ops, or RevOps (or fresh grad)
• Strong spreadsheet skills (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with AI tools for drafting, data cleanup, etc.
• Basic SQL or scripting exposure; no-code automation advantage
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Clay, G2
