- Lead and mentor the program management group for oncology clinical development
- Develop global product development strategies with cross-functional alignment
- Establish processes for governance and strategic decision-making
- Plan and execute projects per global development strategies
- Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks in PM systems
- Drive alliance management and leadership of oversight committees
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 12+ years overall experience; 10+ years in drug development or related fields
- Proven leadership of complex programs and cross-functional initiatives
- 5+ years leadership in multicultural/international environments
- Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget governance
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Project/Outlook; PMP a plus
