Job Description
📋 Description
- Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting for standards, cost efficiency, timely
- Manage vendor selection and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and related services
- Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality via inspections
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Management; keep Regional Fleet Manager informed on KPIs
- Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience; fleet maintenance experience a plus
- Ace certification and/or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems and components
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and under-pressure skills
- Strong communication and leadership; ability to influence and make decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel up to 20% (air travel possible)
