Section Manager, Global Labeling Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Global Labeling Operations Managers and Specialists.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for labeling programs across products, brands, regions or
• Own labeling operations activities: shared label management, packaging and artwork strategy, launch
• Drive continuous improvement and lead cross-functional initiatives; monitor and improve department
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure artwork is available for submissions and production.
• Set team goals aligned with organizational objectives and plan resources for daily labeling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Supply Chain with experience in Operations, Regulatory
• Proven ability to work in a complex global environment with direct reports in multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to drive change management.
• Experience interacting with senior management; capability to influence and manage change.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical/Device Packaging and Labeling
