Accounts Receivables Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform timely, accurate account analysis, claim resolution, and collection activity for key
• Monitor accounts for risk; develop payment plans and authorize changes with management approval.
• Identify root causes of complex claims and trends; prepare presentations and reports using SAP
• Support relationships with customers and AbbVie sales force; train and lead AR presentations as
• Reconcile serialized accounts; manage cash flow, reduce bad debt, and drive down DSO.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5-7 years in Accounting/Finance/Receivables with degree or 8+ years without.
• SAP experience required; advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas) a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
