Supervisor I, QC Lab

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high performing QC Lab team with focus on shop floor presence.
• Oversee lab operations for Raw Materials, Finished Products, projects/validation samples, MEC, and
• Coordinate personnel to meet planning demands and manage laboratory resources to control costs.
• Review analytical data and approve data where applicable to release products per regulatory
• Support investigations, CAPAs, and corrective actions for out-of-spec results and test deviations.
• Ensure procedures comply with cGMP and safety standards; drive continuous improvement in lab

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology preferred.
• 2+ years of QC Lab experience required.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry, analytical lab equipment, writing, investigations, and lab
• General knowledge of cGMPs, compendia, and regulations.
• Problem-solving, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to work
• Ability to interpret lab data and implement corrective actions; capable of driving corrective
