- Roll out MES for SP Instruments & Accessories
- Update BOMs and Manufacturing travelers
- Qualify equipment (IQOQPQ) for MES transition
- Update process docs for MES system
- Be SME for SP Instruments Process Eng on the new system
- Voice of manufacturing engineering in system improvements
🎯 Requirements
- SolidWorks CAD experience
- Mechanical design and assembly process development
- Knowledge of injection molding, transfer molding, thermoforming, machining, stamping, MIM
- Root cause analysis with Fishbone/8D
- Statistical methods: Cpk, ANOVA, DOE
- Strong verbal/written communication
