• Associate's degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize demands
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change
